All referees register with an certified assignor to be assigned games and to be paid. Assignments are done around referees schedules . . . the more you are available the more games you receive.

A Team Manager plays an important role in fostering a positive team culture and supporting the development of our players. Their effective communication, organization, support, team building, and problem-solving skills all contribute to a positive team culture and a fulfilling experience for everyone involved. Working directly with the coach, they are crucial to the smooth operations of the team both on and off the field.

The development of the player goes beyond the soccer field, that is why we are building a community service program for our players and families to get involved. NorCo Rush is a volunteer driven organization, committed to building the community of not only our club, but our town. Through volunteering, players are able to gain real world experience and feel the reward from serving others.
