I have played soccer since I was two years old and it has been a cornerstone in my life ever since. I took up goalkeeping to follow in my dad's footsteps when I was 12 and never looked back. Playing for what was formerly known as Pikes Peak Rush in Colorado Springs, I had the opportunity to try out for the Rush national team, Rush Select, in Phoenix, Arizona. I got selected for the team and was one of only 18 kids to be rostered for this team, out of the hundreds who tried out from across the country. I played all through high school, then made the decision to focus on my education rather than pursue a career in collegiate sports. After some time away, I decided to get back into coaching, starting at Fossil Ridge High School. I now have coached every level of the boys and girls teams at Fossil Ridge, and am now the head coach of the Frontier Academy boys soccer team. I came over to Rush to help develop the goalkeepers in the area, and help facilitate their growth on and off the field. I am very excited to get to work and follow my passion of serving the community through athletics.
